Daniel Ruiz-Cecconello is a classical pianist and composer, as well as a video and film producer. His work blends classical minimalism with avant-garde experimental music, drawing inspiration from artists such as Steve Reich, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Philip Glass, and Arvo Pärt. He has performed in major cultural hubs including London, Berlin, Budapest, Antwerp, and Madrid.
In 2021, Daniel released his debut solo album, #Dimlight. He has collaborated with choreographers and dancers from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium, contributing to a wide range of interdisciplinary projects.
Currently based in Phnom Penh, Daniel continues his artistic journey in search of new collaborations — including dancers, choreographers, poets, video DJs, traditional musicians, and other creative artists — to further explore the intersection of music, movement, and visual media.
